STEP, is designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Aerobic Step is a classic cardio workout. with an instructor showing you every movement. The instructor and the optimistic music motivate you to continue. Your class will start with a warm-up, followed by choreographed walking routines, and a cooldown at the end.
In the Indoor Cycling class, you pedal on a stationary bike and the instructor guides you through a visualization of an outdoor workout. The pace and speed vary throughout the training. TABATA training is a type of HIIT, high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The high-intensity exercise consisted of a four-minute workout, with each workout consisting of eight sets of 20-second maximum-effort exercises followed by a 10-second rest. Your class will start with a warm-up, followed by choreographed routines.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and basic stability. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a powerful training tool that exploits the gravity and body weight of the user to perform the exercises.
YOGA is one of the most popular physical practices in the world. The benefits of yoga are also widely documented and you can hope to improve your strength, flexibility and balance with regular practice. Yoga also helps to relieve stress, soothe your thoughts and help you relax.
CARDIO is a mix of STEP, TABATA, BODY TONE with an Instructor showing you every moment and with music to keep you moving and motivated.
